BioNeutral Group Appoints Richard Hierons to Advisory Board for Euro-Asian Markets

Company Also Retains Alan Kushins as Consultant for Strategic Planning and Mergers And Acquisitions

BioNeutral Group, Inc. (OTCBB:BONU), a specialty chemical technology-based life science company, announced today the appointment of Richard Hierons to its newly established Advisory Board for Euro-Asian Markets. Hierons is based in London and has over 25 years of experience in corporate law, mergers, acquisitions and corporate finance.

Hierons will participate in all of the Advisory Board’s activities, including oversight of the legal documents associated with BioNeutral’s dealings with ANA Aquiline Ltd and Steri-7 Ltd. BioNeutral recently signed a Letter of Intent with ANA Aquiline, a European manufacturer of cleaning cloths and sponges, to integrate BioNeutral’s line of antimicrobials into its versatile toweling system and to market and sell the resulting products in both the institutional and retail sector within Germany and the United Kingdom. The Company has also signed an agreement to acquire all of the shares of Steri-7, a UK manufacturer and supplier of proprietary formulations in the disinfectant and cleaning field with sales in Europe and the Middle East. The Company has previously announced both transactions.

At the same time, BioNeutral announced that Alan Kushins has been retained by the Company as a consultant. Kushins is currently principal of ChemAssets, which specializes in the market development of undervalued chemical technologies and products. He is also managing partner at LNJ Business Development. In the past, he has served as VP of Business Development at Lonza Life Sciences Ingredients. He has also worked as a marketing manager and sales manager at Merck.

Additionally, BioNeutral announced that it has commenced the production of its AutoNeutral™ Odor Eliminator product, a formulation that is used in the auto industry to facilitate fast turn around of vehicles for the car rental and related automotive markets, at its long time specialty chemical contract manufacturer in New Jersey.
