BioNeutral Group Collaborating with Steri-7 on Sporicidal Wipes

Cuts Sick Leave at Ipsos Mori Telephone Center

BioNeutral Group Inc. (OTCBB: BONU), a specialty chemical technology-based life science company, announced today that Steri-7’s sporicidal wipes had cut absenteeism at a Telephone Center of Ipsos Mori due to illness by 45% by using its wipes.

Steri-7 is a biocidal cleaner that remains active even when dry. One application kills micro-organisms in seconds and prevents further contamination or recolonisation for 7 days through its 'Re-active Barrier Technology.'

"It's a real benefit in terms of lost time and administrative costs. The staff [are] more confident to use telecommunications and computer key boards and appreciate management protecting their interests (and health),” said the Head of the Ipsos Mori Telephone Centre.

Steri-7’s Sporicidal wipe kills a number of types of spores, viruses and bacteria, including MRSA, E.Coli and Salmonella.

In May, 2010, BioNeutral entered into a non-binding Head of Terms letter setting forth a plan to acquire all of the shares of Steri-7™.
