Cortex to Hold Annual Shareholder Meeting on May 19 at Marriott Newport Beach Hotel in Newport Beach, CA

Cortex Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (OTCBB: CORX) will webcast presentations from its annual shareholder meeting scheduled for Wednesday, May 19, 2010, at 10:30 a.m., Pacific Daylight Time, at the Marriott Newport Beach Hotel, 900 Newport Center Drive, in Newport Beach, California.

 

The meeting will begin with the formal voting on the issues set forth in the proxy statement. In the informal part of the meeting, Dr. Mark A. Varney, President and CEO, will update shareholders on the company’s activities.
