Defense Solutions Holding, Inc./DFSH Receives SBCA's 2009 Best of Business Award

Defense Solutions Holding, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: DFSH) has been selected for the 2009 Best of Business Award in the Business consulting category by the Small Business Commerce Association (SBCA) for its business development work for American firms in Iraq. The SBCA 2009 Award Program recognizes the top 5% of small businesses throughout the country. Using consumer feedback, the SBCA identifies companies that demonstrate what makes small businesses a vital part of the American economy. The selection committee chooses the award winners from nominees based off information taken from monthly surveys administered by the SBCA, a review of consumer rankings, and other consumer reports.

Defense Solutions began working in Iraq in 2005 when it refurbished and supplied 77 Battle Tanks under contracts with NATO, the Iraq Defense Ministry, and the US Army. Since then, Iraq's Ministry of Trade licensed Defense Solutions as one of relatively few American firms authorized to conduct both defense and commercial business in Iraq. Defense Solutions' staff in Iraq consists of both US and Iraqi citizens, as does the staff at the company headquarters near Philadelphia.

Small Business Commerce Association (SBCA) is a San Francisco based organization.
