Digi International to Release Fiscal Third Quarter 2010 Earnings Results and Host Conference Call on July 22, 2010

Digi International® Inc (Nasdaq: DGII) will release financial results for its third quarter 2010 on Thursday, July 22, 2010, after market close, and will host a conference call later the same day, at 5:00 p.m. ET (4:00 p.m. CST), to discuss the results.
