Intellicheck Mobilisa’s ScanINN™ Chosen by ACCOR Hotels

Intellicheck Mobilisa (NYSE Amex:IDN), a global leader in access control and wireless security systems, has integrated its ScanINN™ check-in and ID verification software with ACCOR hotels’ property management system. ACCOR operates more than 4,200 hotels globally, from luxury brands such as Sofitel to budget brand Motel 6. ScanINN will be integrated at all of ACCOR’s Motel 6 and Studio 6 corporate properties in North America and is available to franchisees as well.

ScanINN, using Intellicheck Mobilisa’s patented technology, automates the hotel registration and reservation process, as well as making it faster and more efficient. The ScanINN software enables hotel personnel to scan a guest’s ID card to process the information encoded on it, thereby pre-populating ACCOR hotels’ property management system forms quickly. Compared to manual data entry, the automated procedure not only increases productivity, but also protects against data entry errors and reduces the risk of identity theft.

Jim Amorosia, CEO of Motel 6 and Studio 6, said, “By integrating ScanINN with our property management system, we are creating a new level of convenience that will allow us to maximize the security of our guests, ensure the accuracy of their registration information, and optimize the check-in process. The benefits we have seen with ScanINN during our pilot trial have proven the need for integration. Our guests will appreciate the speed, accuracy and security that this product offers.”

Steve Williams, CEO of Intellicheck Mobilisa, added, “Integrating ScanINN with ACCOR’s property management system was a big step in the launch of the product. ACCOR’s properties will appreciate the speed and accuracy for walk-in reservations, as well as the convenience and security of a faster, smoother check-in process. ScanINN makes their good system even better, and we are happy to add ACCOR to our growing customer list.”
