Two Rivers Water Company (TURV.PK) engages in acquiring and developing water and irrigated farming resources in Colorado. Two Rivers profitably manages the relationship between farming and urban water use by actively farming irrigated farmland which produces exchange traded grains. Irrigated farmland becomes the "water bank" for future municipal water use. In Colorado 85% of the water rights are owned for irrigation use, while 85% of the population lives in urban areas. Two Rivers' current development focus is located in the Huerfano River Basin in Huerfano and Pueblo counties in southern Colorado.
